Monitors, keyboard, and mouse not working? Unplug your laptop from the dock, then unplug the power from the dock itself. Wait five minutes and then plug them in in reverse order.

How to fix when your Outlook status is: WORKING OFFLINE

 

You are not able to send or receive email until you reconnect. Here's how to do it.

 

Click Send/Receive > Work Offline to turn to reconnect.




Notice that when you're working offline, the button looks blue:


But the button has a white background when you're connected and working online:





To confirm that you're connected, make sure the Work Offline button isn't blue.
