Monitors, keyboard, and mouse not working? Unplug your laptop from the dock, then unplug the power from the dock itself. Wait five minutes and then plug them in in reverse order.

How to Create Your Own Group in Microsoft Teams

1. Click the "New" button at the top.

2. Add your students in the "To" line. 

3. Send them a welcome message:

4. Under “Recent”, find the conversation. Use the three dots next to the recent conversation to pin the group.

5. Rename the group:

6. You can add tabs for this group of people by clicking the “+” button at the top of the group.

7. Then you can pin this to your chat for easy reference.
