Making Calls from the Mix Portal

Log into the Mix portal at https://my.mixnetworks.com/portal

Click on the “Contacts” at the bottom left

The “Contacts” window will open. Click on the phone handset icon to make a call.

When the call window opens, enter the number you wish to call and the number you wish to call from (your cell phone for example).

When you press call, it will call your cell phone first, then it will make the call and connect the two together. The person being called will see the call as being placed from your Culver phone number.
