Adding a room calendar in Office 365 Online


Sign into Office 365 online and open the Outlook calendar. https://outlook.office.com/


Create a “New calendar group” by right clicking on “My calendars”


Select “Add calendar”



Call it something memorable, like “Rooms”



Select “Add calendar”


Select “Add from directory” begin typing the name of the room you would like to have appear in your calendar group.  Select the correct room from the listing.  Bookable rooms begin with “RM-“.  Select the appropriate calendar group folder for the room calendar. Repeat these steps for each calendar you would like added to the group.



The selected calendar will now appear in the “Rooms” calendar group.
