Veracross (Re)Enrollment: Staff/Faculty Unable to Sign In to Enrollment Portal

Are you a Staff/Faculty member who is unable to sign in to the Online Enrollment portal? If so, this is the article for you!

As with any new software implementation, our transition to Veracross brings with it some interesting quirks. Perhaps the most frustrating of these quirks is logging in to the system the first time. In the interest of helping you get your new or returning student(s) enrolled as quickly and painlessly as possible, this guide aims to take the most direct path to that goal.

Before we get started, there are a couple of things that you should know about this new process.
  1. Veracross differentiates between Re-Enrollment (returning students) and Enrollment (New Students) and has unique portals for each. For example: if you have a returning student and a new student this year, you will need to log in to both portals and your students will only show up in their respective portal, i.e. "Where are my other children?! Oh, they are in the other portal." This is a bit of a departure from how we have handled Enrollment in the past, but I think you'll agree that it makes a lot of sense. All of your children will be together when you reach the Online Registration portal and also in the forthcoming Veracross Parent portal (look for more information about that as we draw closer to July).
  2. Student billing will be available to you through the aforementioned Parent portal. This portal is currently under construction and will be functional by the time your first payment is due. Be on the lookout for emails about this as we draw closer to July.
  3. As a Faculty/Staff member/Parent/Alumnus(a)/etc, you may have access to multiple Veracross portals correlating to your relationship to Culver. Your Culver credentials (the ones you use to log in to your laptop/email) will grant you access to all of the Veracross Portals you have the authorization to access. On that note, we have now reached the point where we can dig into the reason you are reading this article!


The issue that you are currently experiencing can be resolved (hopefully, anyway) by taking these steps:
  1. On the keyboard of your Culver-issued laptop, press windows key + L to lock your laptop. Proceed to log back in using your Culver credentials -- this ensures that your credentials are active and that you are entering them correctly (Check your caps lock!).
  2. Log in here next, using those same credentials: Axiom portal
  3. Log back out (Axiom is the portal where you will work in Veracross, but not where we want to be right now). *Sign out is in the upper right corner.*
  4. Log into the Enrollment portal(s) for your student(s):

If you are still unable to log in, please respond to your ticket and we will continue troubleshooting.
